Server Patch R21 - Changes

Well I dunno. After last night, they must have seriously broken something.
If I wasn't MVP a couple of times, I was at least #1 for the side a few times. That on top of the meds, on top of the booze.... something she broken.
Either that or you guys suck.

Also, I want to say sorry to everybody I killed last night with the noobtube. (Apparently WaWa said something not so nice about me on Mumble.) I need the kills for my one assignment. 8 more kills and then I shall put it away.
