CD Key Bans

So how does this all work now.
I was playing when it said duplicate key on server and hoofed me.
I played again, after a while the message pops up again and hoofs me.
Now it tells me the CD key is banned.

I believe there is a problem at the moment with Punkbuster, but this doesnt help me play the game at all. How do I get my key unbanned?

OK this is actually a little ridiculous.
Up till today, I have had no problems with 2142 except a bit of lag here and there. But today for some reason:

Dropped to desktop twice.
Sound blanked out, and rest settings.
CD Key got banned. (and subsequently unbanned???)
Dropped from master server 3 times.
Totally unplayable lag.

Thought I was being a bit optimistic thinking EA had finally waxed this whole game development thing.

Slappy, welcome to the club. Some days BF2142 plays great, the other days it is plain hell. I really hope they will do a proper patch this time.
