Input Problems

Hey guys....Im having problems with my controls.
When i join a server the whole map will load and everything, but as soon as i say [join] then i go into the game, but my keyboard and mouse dont work.
How can i fix this problem?

EDIT: rpess cntrl, or alt, functionkeys... what keyb/mouse are they

Its the MX510 and a microsoft wireless keyboard...its sooo random :/
Why it not work....it works fine untill i join the game

mayb its got something to do with USB?

here is how you fix it:::
1. Go to My Documents
2. Click on Battlefield 2
3. Click on Profiles
4. Locate which number your Login is, for instance : the first account listed when the BF2 login screen comes on would be 0001 .. do not open it yet
5. Click on one of the other profiles, or the default one
6. Then click on Controls .... notepad should come up
7. Highlight and then copy all of the information in there.
8. Then go back and find your profile, and click on it
9. Then click on your Controls
10. You will notice it is empty, thus ...
11. Paste the copied material into the folder, save, and then you're good to go

sorry timmy i havnt had any problems like that so i have no idea what you could do try what wizard says coz his seems very technical and stuff so it might work...but how do u nomally get it working coz i have seem u play and if u did that off pure brain power then shit ur good lol

Yeah that would work. Thats the reason your keyboard and mouse stopped working. it was a pleasure Always remember... google knows all. Unless ure chinese.
