Amazing stuff...I was always under the impression that the Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio was the tallest....how wrong was I! Damn, those others are big....but also some are so graceful....lovely stuff! Thanks blinks!

I was at da motherland statue in Kiev. I did not get to see it at night though .. simply could not find it, cos i lost my sense of direction in the dark.
And it's small compared to the others above that ... wow ... i'd like to see the others, cos the motherland one took my breath away completely.
You peeps should pop into Kiev some-time.
Please note .. nobody speaks english and there are no signs in english.
