Lob a grenade into a packed bunker and you'll scatter more limbs than the opening scene of Saving Private Ryan. Pack a powerful piece (we found the shotgun the most smirkingly effective) and you can even take your foes' limbs off at close range. Low on ammo? Whip out your knife or charge with your bayonet. Both result in a grin-inducing claret geyser and a highly gratifying mêlée kill.

Dont know about this one, CoD 5 is being made by the same guys who made the disastrous CoD 3 and not by Infinity Ward. I think hype will kill this game although the COOP feature looks neat for a change.

Sure Rus, but this time, it's the AWESOME COD4 engine that they're forced to use.

Cullen got it for Christmas and has finished it already - and considering that we were out on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Saturday and Sunday, I think that is pretty impressive. He also got it for the Wii and the multiplay control for that is rather odd.

Alby, how does the Wii version compare to the pc version?

I gave it a quick squeeze, and after the awesome CoD4 this is a let-down. It's back to the usual run&gun and the endless chickenshoots from CoD2. And WW2 is just so overdone in games.

Although I do feel like ol'e Tryarch ripped a few levels straight out of COD4 and COD 3 then slapped some Japanese paint on here and there.
Finished it none the less GS is GS eh

It was fun shooting up some Kamikaze and Banzaai folk, but not enough to make the game an awesome must have. Good for a bargain bin though...
