Well, it randomly shoves one in from the database. The database being populated by whomsoever clicks the 'submit to quotes' link on a post.
Remember to edit it for any vbcode, since the quotes display doesn't parse it.... yet.

Hit the double arrows on the top right of the quotes window - it rolls up.
Otherwise, I could move the quotebox to the bottom of the page, or the shoutbox....

Robin - dude - common use of a forum when not adding new stuff:
1 - Open Forum.
2 - Click on New Posts.
Now we've got 2 extra features that you can glance at before clicking on New Posts.
Like seriously - who actually looks at the forum index ?
