    Default GOW2 tips and tricks

Hey all here are some neat tricks I have found worked really well to get some achievements in Gears 2

I have not bothered with the Story progression ones for obvious reasons.

    • Smells Like Victory 10 - Easy one to do, klap it on Act 3, get the flamethrower and run through it.
    • Said the Spider to the Fly 10 - I did this in sp apposed to MP with bots. Play act 2 on easy and go to the last chapter, keep your grenades handy and work your way to the end of the stage. On the roof where you wait for the chopper plant your nades on the wall using (B) round spots where locust will always go. Once they been blown up, reload th last checkpoint and rinse and repeat.
    • Pound of Flesh 10 - Done in the same spot as the last one, Just reload the last checkpoint from the last achievement round. Then shoot locust in the legs till they down but not out. Then tag them with a nade (using B) and straight away press (A) to use him as a meat shield. Do this 10 times for some more GS
    • Crowd Control 10 - I got this one doing the training mission achievment, the training mission for objectives has a boom shield at one ring. Pick it up then just mash away at crawling locust with (B).
    • Takes a Licking 10 - I did it on the Roadblock level, in the tunnel just run around with your shotty and mash the tickers with (B). There is enough in here to get the achievement. Be sure to reload a checkpoint if run out of tickers.

That's the arb ones I have gotten so far

Party like 1999 - Play 1999 rounds of MP

Setup a Warzone MP Local match, 15 rounds, 1 minute rounds, Day One map, Casual Bot x 1.

Rubber band your R + L sticks so your character goes in circles. Most sessions end in stalemate. I had a session of 15 rounds last over 12 hours. Should take around +40 hours.

Yeah, but you can make it 1 round instead of 15.

    I'm back, sorry!

I used my GH controller in MP for parting gift and maybe 1 or 2 others as well. Only problem is that since is doesn't have the thumb sticks, player2 stands in 1 spots and spins around like crazy
