    Default Logitech G7 Laser Mouse

So I got meself one of these babies...

I must say, I'm very impressed with it. They supply you with two battery packs, so you use one, and keep the other one in the charger - the problem is that this mouse chews batteries. I've had the thing a couple of days already, and I've had to swap batteries about 4 times already. Fortunately it's quick and easy - press a button, the pack drops out the mouse, slide in the new one and you're done.

The batteries are Li-Ion - I'm just worried about how long they will last, considering how often they are being recharged.

    Perhaps I should ask Dan...

I always preferred wired mice, because of the recharging issue. The MS Laser Mouse 6000 rawks. Didn't regret that purchase for a second...
It is not the responsibility of a defender to leave the objective unguarded just so his opponent sucks less.

Mine lasts about 6months on duracell ultra's, with the normal rechargable(GP powerbank or something) about 2 months. So it aint a pain at all But i suppose a Hi-DPI one would chow alot more b82rez

The G7 has logitech battery packs. Lil square things. I have to change it just about every day.

My other wireless optical was fine - I've only changed batteries once - and it's due for a change soon.
