    Default Episode III

All I can say is: OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know what George Lucas thought when he released that one. I mean, I lived the old Star Wars Movies, I even love the new versions from the DVD box. I kinda liked Episode I, where others hated it. I found Episode II boring. I didn't have any expectations towards Episode III, purely because I knew exactly what was going to happen, it was just a matter of how they would spin the story around it.

But this was disappointment at its best. Instead of at least ending the Saga with a really big bang, it was a complete let-down. Lucas didn't seem to have the pride or the will to do it properly. Should have left it to Peter Jackson

P.S.: I was going to buy the complete 'new' Star Wars movie collection on DVD before Episode III came out. After watching it, I changed my mind - I don't need that kind of dirt to taint my DVD collection.

Well, Matrix 3 didn't suck as badly as Episode 3... And yes, I have all 3 Matrix DVDs as well

I think they needed to tie the story & loose ends up to episode 4, but it was definitely better than episode II !!

I also thought Episode III was better than the first two. Obviously still not up to the level of 4-6. Matrix 3 on the other hand, as FeralBanana would say: Arrrrggghh
