Post Patch 3.3 Raid: Valithria Dreamwalker

By now if you’re a World of Warcraft player and don’t know about the looming patch 3.3, you’ve been living in Thousand Needles a bit too long. This week we’re focussing on a new raid and a new boss – namely Valithria Dreamwalker - that’s currently available on the Public Test Realms. Raids are pretty standard with most major patches, but this is one of those rare, if not unique opportunities where healers take the spotlight.

How, you might ask? Well it’s quite simple. Instead of killing Val, players heal her. The encounter begins players slaughtering 4 Lich that are guarding her. You shouldn’t have too much trouble with them at all if your healers are on their game (as they are expected to be in this raid of all raids).

I can just hear it now, Guys, I'm OOM. I didn't have time to juice up. I left my mana juice in my other robe.

At which point we all say, There there, Flatty. We'll get a paladin to scrap you up off the floor.
