Hiring Henchpeeps

Does it matter in which order you hire henchmen?

Should I go Fighter, Mage, then Healer?

Sometimes they seem to do weird stuff and I was just wondering if the order they appeared in my henchmen list mattered.

I always make it a point to select the healer first. Dunno why, there's no real reason for it.

i usually get fighters first, then mage and last healer... somehow the order you pick them off makes it easier to heal them if you have monk spells.

healing and casting freindly spells, like hex removers...., on them makes the only diffs I've seen in the order you hire them

but they are good cannon fodder at times...

I use the same order I would use in PVP,

Melee first, then ranged, then healers.
Makes it eayser for me to use deffenvise spells if i were healing.
