There is an incredible mission called “Till the End”. It’s brilliant, but not to be played alone since it has a revive system and no respawns.

Yes, it is fairly pricey.
Base edition: 60.00 USD = 786.140 ZAR
Extended edition: 75.00 USD = 982.754 ZAR (All DLC)
Base + Marksman: 60 + 16 USD = 76 USD 786.14 + 209.64 = R995.78
Marksman is pretty worthwhile, but the price of base + marksman dlc is more than the extended edition which has all the dlc.
Note the ZAR price is direct conversion on XE.com - bank [s]may[/] will rip you slightly more.
Wait for a steam sale, that’s what I did, I got it at 50% off.
