Closed Poll: Did you know that you can create polls?

This is how you do it:

Create a new topic - the title must begin with Poll: or poll:.
The body of your topic must contain a list of the options. Use markdown syntax to create the list. Generally it is two spaces and an asterisk, another space and then whatever you want. I’m not sure if a numbered list will work, but I don’t see why not.

  * This is poll option #1
  * This is poll option #2
  * This is poll option #3

If not a poll, the above will render as:

  • This is poll option #1
  • This is poll option #2
  • This is poll option #3 
  1. This is numbered poll option #1
  * This is numbered poll option #2
  * This is numbered poll option #3

If not a poll the above will render as:

  1. This is numbered poll option #1
  • This is numbered poll option #2
  • This is numbered poll option #3

Well, we knew that one can create polls - after all, Flea created one a while ago … but now we know how … :smiley:

Did you know that you can now close a poll by changing the title prefix to Closed Poll: ?
