For those on an MWEB capped account, you would have received a notification that they are doubling up on daytime data from 1 Nov and making night time data uncapped. Great if you chew through data, but for those who are on a month-month account and don’t foresee breaching that daytime data cap, you can drop down to a lower package and save some cash instead 
MWEB can already amend your account, so you don’t have to wait until 1 Nov.
