If you weren’t aware, there is a setting in your UserSettings.txt file that will allow you to skip the intro video and get dumped straight at the log in screen.
%userprofile%\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\liveeu\UserSettings.txt
Change the entry
SET SkipPregameVideos "0"
to
SET SkipPregameVideos "1"
