You can now recruit players in to your squad. Use the command !recruit [player] - player can be a substring, doesn’t have to be exact. On the player’s death, the layer will attempt to move him in to your squad.

I assume the command will fail if your squad is full ?

No. If it was I would have posted it in the admins only section. Anybody can use this. Doesn’t mean it will succeed though.
