You can use Minion to keep your addons up to date.
It’s a ZAM Network utility (*head.com)
It may not detect all your addons, so I suggest going through your list and re-installing the missing addons via the util.
Always hated Curse but used it as there was nothing else. (Back in the wow days)

FWIW, change the addon directory, by default it’s set for the US servers. I changed it and restarted the program, it found everything.
When I launched it, it asked me where my addon folder was, so I pointed it to the correct location. It found some, not all, but I just re-installed the missing ones and it’s fine now.
